THE BRAND'S JOURNEY

Step 1

Key internal stakeholders and budget holders meet with GO! Brand Partnerships Managers to discuss their challenges, ambitions, existing partnerships and potential gaps under NDA.

Step 2

GO! works with the brands in-house team to help formulate a clear and detailed brief for live agency requirements – free of charge.

Step 3

GO! present the brief internally and uses bespoke pre-qualification criteria to determine the agency/agencies that are the perfect fit for the brand and brief requirement.

Step 4

GO! requests permission to brief the relevant agency/agencies on the brief and then works to the pre-agreed timescales and criteria to get to the stage of endorsing the recommended shortlist. The brand team are presented with a full assessment and breakdown of how and why that agency fulfils the specific requirements.

Step 5

GO! Brand Partnerships Managers work with the internal team on all areas of administration regarding the presentation and proposal process. The brand leaders remain in complete control of the selection, appointment and contractual engagement of the agency.

THE AGENCY'S JOURNEY

Step 1

GO! Agency Partnerships Managers work with the senior leadership team of the agency to build a clear distinction of their proposition, the type of brands they look to service and the key skills they excel in.

Step 2

GO! provide monthly updates and reports on the agencies progress, building a continual line of communication on developments and progression from both sides.

Step 3

GO! Network agencies are presented internally with regards to their potential suitability for the live brief. Best in class processes and technology ensure that no gaps are left.

Step 4

Shortlisted agencies are presented with the detailed briefing document and supported documentation under NDA. A detailed briefing call within 24hrs ensures each agency is fully informed to enable them to make the decision on their best credentials for the brief and to confirm their interest in being endorsed

Step 5

Following endorsement, GO! works to fulfil the expectation of the process and timescales the brand is running. The agency remain in control of all presentation and proposal materials. When successfully appointed, the agency manages all contractual discussions directly with the end client.
