The work I am most of proud of in my career so far is the rebrand of Stowe Family Law. From the moment I joined, I had to hit the ground running. I needed to rebrand the firm and build a marketing team quickly.

To rebrand I needed to know what we stood for before I could start to bring it to life.  And I knew that the brand needed to reflect the voice of our clients, the people we support. So, an in-depth audience research project was one of the first I commissioned. I still keep the findings from this work in my mind at every decision-making moment.

In my first weeks, I recall asking for access to our enquiry database and I was promptly handed a hand-written list of contact details from behind the reception desk. I knew then that system development was going to sit at the top of my very long to-do list. Providing outstanding client care, from the first point of contact, is now a key pillar of the Stowe brand.

Today, we are now a 7-strong marketing team working together to drive forward the brand and marketing strategy. A mix of men and women, each one of us empowered to work flexibility with a focus on getting the work done whether that be in the office, at another Stowe office or from the kitchen table at home.

Just under a year ago I was invited to join the board at Stowe Family Law, the first female to do so. I am proud to bring a female voice to the future strategy of this growing and innovative family law firm.
